Training
Short walkthroughs by role, so nobody is handed the whole system on their first morning. Carolyn gets logging an enquiry; Amy gets the register. Progress is per person and it sticks.

The guided tour
There is also a walkthrough that runs through the whole system end to end, from an enquiry to a completed job and the certificate that comes out of it. It picks up where it left off if you get interrupted.
Signing in
Everyone signs in with the same Microsoft account they use for email, so there is no second password to remember and no separate list of people to keep up to date.
